Accommodation options

Participants who live together, get far more out of their course and their stay… Doing homework together, exploring the city together…

The common goal to learn Russian unites people, regardless of age, nationality and background. So learning Russian can be sociable and fun with some new friends.

 Cursisten-verblijf

We have our own accommodation, especially for participants of the language course.

Options:
– a shared room / shared bathroom / shared (pantry) kitchen (= standard package fee)
– a single room / shared bathroom / shared kitchen (= surcharge)
– a single room / own bathroom / shared kitchen (= surcharge)
– a studio apartment with own bathroom, kitchen and an extra sleeping place (= surcharge)

We take care of sheets/beddings. You need to take your own towel.

Every room has a television with only Russian channels, in order to practise. There is free wifi internet. The rooms can be closed with your own key and there is a locker in every room. Students can use the washing machine (free) and there is a small pantry kitchen to prepare meals.

The classrooms are in the same building, which saves you travel time in a city where the distances are huge.

Location

We are located at the Vasilievsky Island (Primorskaya metro station, which is 2 stops from downtown Nevsky Prospect). It’s one of the better areas in Saint Petersburg. Within 5 minutes walk are facilities as supermarkets, fitness centers, numerous cheap restaurants, hairdressers, cash machines.

Our apartments are cheap and fun. You get to know the other students quickly. Make friends and explore the city together

Host family

Another option is to stay in a host family. Our hosts are elder people who live close to the classes and have a room available (because their children left home). It’s ideal to practise your Russian and to experience how Russians live. And also if you don’t want to prepare your own meals. Our families speak only Russian. Therefore we recommend it only to those who already know a bit of Russian.
